Ben Pakulski: Quest to be the Best

I saw Pen Pakulski compete earlier this year at the the IFBB New York Pro, where he placed a disappointing 7th ( I felt he deserved to snag that 5th place spot and qualify for the Mr. Olympia).  He may not have the most aesthetically pleasing physique on stage, but shit, this is body BUILDING, and that dude has done just that! 

Shortly, he’ll be releasing his first training video, where he’ll go into detail on his approach to training, nutrition, and supplementation.  Looks like he’ll be lifting some heavy iron slag and making it look easy! 

In my opinion, the Pak Man has what it takes to be a top 10 Olympia finisher.  With time, I think he’ll easily achieve just that!
